Their web page is here.  It is interesting to me in that it has members from diverse industries (Pfizer, Apple, DuPont to name a few).  Kappos is its senior advisor.

        Perhaps both – Kappos carries a big stick (having in part but his money where his mouth is).

    promoting a positive climate for technology innovation

    A suggestion for a start: stop the propaganda machines about patents being the ‘worst thing ever’ and that enforcing patents is the second ‘worst thing ever.’

    Just a thought.
