Polansky & Associates currently has a unique virtual (work from anywhere) contractor opportunity for an experienced patent attorney/agent with an EE or related degree who is registered to practice with the USPTO. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner/Owner, this part-time position provides unlimited opportunity for professional growth, including possible full time employment in the future. Billing/collection-based compensation is negotiable.
A candidate will be considered who:
• is a highly motivated professional who functions well in a flexible and independent virtual environment
• possesses 2-5 years’ experience in patent law with demonstrated results
• possesses an EE or related degree and is registered before the USPTO
• shows particular talent for analysis and articulation of concepts
• has exceptional analytical, writing and organizational skills
• seeks to grow with the firm with potential oversight of Associates
• embodies the highest level of professional and ethical standards
• provides relevant resume and 2 writing sample
