I think it’s funny to call it sexy and sultry. I never quite thought of the S of L that way.
Humor? I think the emphasis should be on the fact that sculptor is suing for copyright infringement and will probably win. The infringement also seem to be intentional according to the story.
It would be nice if the government folks who makes these kind of mistakes would actually get fired once in awhile.
