Job Requirements
We are seeking candidates with at least 2-3 years of IP litigation experience and a technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.). The applicant should be a registered patent attorney or be qualified to sit for the U.S. Patent Bar Examination.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent research and writing skills, possess strong communication skills, and be interested in conducting actual trial work.
