MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP (MH2) is looking for a patent attorney or agent with an electrical engineering or physics background to prepare and prosecute patent applications, draft opinions, and provide IP counseling for our clients, which include many Fortune 500 companies. More particularly, MH2 currently seeks a patent attorney or agent with experience in oilfield technology. Experience with software technology is a plus. Candidates must have 3+ years of recent preparation and prosecution experience and require minimal training. Patent examiner experience or prior job experience as an electrical engineer are also a plus.
The position will begin as a part-time position with the potential to develop into a full-time position if the candidate has such desire and the fit is right for both sides. Candidates may work fully remotely. MH2 offers production-derived compensation and benefits that include 401(k) matching.
