Overview
We are seeking contract Patent Paralegals to support high-volume patent preparation and filing work. This role is focused on precision, speed, and quality—ensuring patent applications are accurate, consistent, and submission-ready. This is an ideal opportunity for detail-driven professionals who are comfortable working independently with technical content.
Scope of Work
- Review dependent claims for accuracy, structure, and internal consistency
- Cross-reference specifications against claims to ensure full alignment
- Prepare and manage patent filing logistics, including formatting and submission readiness
- Conduct final quality control (QC) reviews prior to filing
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across patent documents
- Manage multiple assignments with tight turnaround times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting patent preparation, filings, or technical documentation strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work quickly and independently while maintaining high quality standards
- Comfort working with technical or scientific subject matter
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
