Desired Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience with patent law, including patent prosecution, patent drafting, or portfolio management
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
• Industry experience preferred
• Registration to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
