The ideal candidate has two or more years of experience as an attorney or agent drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications in chemical and materials science. The firm will offer training for candidates with less than two years’ experience and candidates with all experience levels are encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. or Master’s in organic chemistry or polymers is preferred. Knowledge of polymer chemistry and polymer processing, particularly polymer synthesis, composites, and coatings, would be advantageous. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registration as an attorney or agent is required.
