Chernoff Vilhauer, LLP, a boutique IP firm located in Portland, Oregon, seeks an IP litigation associate having at least 3 years of complex litigation-related experience. Firm attorneys work in a wide range of interesting technology areas for large and small corporate, institutional and individual clients. The person in this position should be a self-starter, and have experience in motion drafting, preferably claim construction and dispositive motion practice. USPTO admission and a technical background are a plus but are not required; however, the applicant needs to be able to understand and explain complex technologies.
