A varied workload will see you responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications, advising clients in relation to patent portfolio management, and opportunities to be involved in oppositions and/or assist with advising on patent litigation.
You will be degree qualified in a Biotechnology related field at honours level and ideally, will have completed a PhD. You may have majors in a biotechnology field such as molecular biology, immunology, microbiology and genetics which will be highly regarded.
