Fennemore Craig, a highly visible, regional firm, is seeking a registered patent attorney with at least two years of experience in Patent Prosecution to join the firm’s Intellectual Property Group in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background in biomedical engineering, biochemical engineering or chemical engineering, although other technical backgrounds will be considered. Patent application and technical writing experience is preferred. IP litigation experience is a plus. Excellent professional credentials required, including demonstrated skills in writing, attention to detail and excellent client relations. Arizona Bar membership preferred (or willingness to sit for the Bar). Candidate must be admitted to practice before the USPTO as a patent attorney.
