Faegre Baker Daniels LLP seeks a litigation attorney to join the Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Media (T-CAM) practice of the Intellectual Property group in our Minneapolis office. Faegre Baker Daniels is an Am Law 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Europe, and China. Our IP practice includes all areas of intellectual property law for a national and international client base. In this position, you will have an opportunity to work on trademark, copyright and advertising litigation, as well as handling disputed matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the National Advertising Division. Successful candidates will have 1+ years’ of T-CAM-specific litigation experience. Candidates must be collaborative and motivated to succeed in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates must also have excellent academic credentials and have strong written and oral communications skills.
