Duane Morris LLP, a named Top 10 Law Firm for Pharma Work by BTI Consulting Group, has an opening for an intellectual property litigation associate with pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience to join its Life Sciences practice. Candidate should have familiarity with intellectual property strategies, including trade secret, patent estate and lifecycle management strategies in protecting FDA-approved drug products, for both pre-litigation analysis and active litigation, including prior art searching. Our ideal candidate will hold a B.S. or advanced degree in the life sciences or related disciplines, will have 2-5 years’ IP-related experience in a relevant life science discipline, will be well-versed in pharmaceutical IP analysis and possess litigation skills, and who will thrive in our creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment. Admission to the USPTO preferred and flexibility in office location with bar admission required in jurisdiction of practice or waiver eligible. EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
