Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a senior associate or counsel with at least 7+ years’ experience to join its growing Intellectual Property practice group. Ideal candidate must have an Electrical Engineering degree or Computer Science degree and significant experience in preparing and prosecuting high tech patent applications (US and PCT) in the fields of AI and machine learning, encryption technology, wireless communications, mobile communications, autonomous vehicles, virtual reality, and software prosecution in general. We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, can work independently and supervise and train junior associates who have a quick-study aptitude, with an ability to engender client confidence and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment.
