We are looking for beginning or junior attorneys with a Ph.D. in the life sciences (e.g., biology, biochemistry, immunology) or in chemistry (e.g., organic chemistry). For beginning attorneys, the position can be hybrid in either Minneapolis or Houston. Remote candidates should have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in patent prosecution. Applicants must have strong writing and communication skills and be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
