NOD Law, a small law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to work in Boulder, Colorado
Role:
An mid-to-senior level Associate Attorney with electrical engineering expertise within a boutique IP firm based in Louisville, Colorado. Louisville is located in Boulder County, Colorado, just outside the city of Boulder. For the right candidate, the position offers a clear pathway to equity ownership.
Responsibilities:
Provide patent prosecution services to innovative local and national clients. Advise clients on domestic and international patent portfolio strategy. Build new, and continue existing, long-term client relationships. Work with existing firm management to develop processes to ensure continued client and firm growth.
Requirements:
Technical expertise in preparing and managing patent applications describing inventions based on electrical engineering concepts. Ability to effectively and amicably manage a team of paralegals, junior associates, and firm employees supporting your clients.
