The Law Office of Schneck and Schneck has an opening for a Patent Prosecution Associate with a minimum two years experience.
A successful candidate will have a technical background sufficient to sit for the patent bar, proven capacity to learn and understand new technologies, and a desire to gain exposure to a variety of technical areas. Most preferred is an electrical engineering or physics degree with a strong background in semiconductor physics and/or circuit design. Additionally, a successful candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills and a desire to be a part of our exciting intellectual property practice. Interest and experience in trademark and licensing matters useful.
