Our senior attorney position requires five of more years of experience in patent litigation. Our junior attorney position requires two or more years of experience in patent litigation or other complex commercial litigation in federal courts. A technical degree, PTO admission, and strong academic credentials are also preferred. Suitable candidates must be capable of working independently to handle significant responsibilities involving all aspects of a patent infringement case.
