Muir Patent Law, PLLC a Northern Virginia-based patent law firm is seeking a registered patent attorney or agent for patent prosecution in the electrical arts. Candidate should have an EE, Computer Engineering, or Physics degree or equivalent degree/background, and at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience. Strong writing/communication skills required. Semiconductor, circuit, medical imaging, and/or USPTO experience is a plus.
Our attorneys enjoy flexible work schedules - we are a primarily virtual firm as of July 2023. Individuals must be able to work independently to provide quality work product in a timely manner. We are based in Northern Virginia, which is preferred for our informal monthly meetings, but will consider candidates from any location.
