Rozier Hardt McDonough PLLC is searching for a driven and experienced Senior Associate or Counsel to work out of either our Denver, Atlanta, or Austin offices, though we will consider remote or hybrid work for well-qualified applicants. The ideal candidate would have 4-10 years of high-level patent litigation experience; excellent research and writing skills; strong communication skills; experience with running day to day litigations tasks, including discovery and motions practice; deposition experience; USPTO registration and technical education background are preferred, but not required.
