Haruka Patent and Trademark Attorneys, a leading intellectual property law firm with offices in Tokyo and Kobe Japan, is seeking a qualified US patent attorney to work in our Japanese offices. Successful candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics and be registered to practice before the USPTO. US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status is required. Job responsibilities include drafting and filing new applications, prosecuting applications, drafting opinions, and advising clients on US patent matters. Previous patent prosecution experience is preferred but not required.

Successful candidates must be willing to work in our Japan offices for at least 3 years.
