Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti P.C. has an immediate opening for an Intellectual Property Associate to join its Electrical Engineering/Computer Science Group.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a background in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science, be detail-oriented, self-motivated and possess excellent writing, organizational and communication skills.
The position entails preparing and prosecuting patent applications, providing client counseling, conducting due diligence, and providing opinions. Position may also include trademark, copyright and licensing work.
Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and admission to Bar required, admission to Patent Bar preferred.
