Interesting. It is certainly true that if the anti-patent judicial activist (e.g., Lemley, MM, Stern, Ned, and the Google Fed. Cir. Judges) had to go through the discipline of actually understanding information and its role in physics that they couldn’t continue to maintain their arguments with intellectual honesty.
