Our Kansas City office is seeking patent attorneys with three or more years experience. Our St. Louis office is seeking patent attorneys with six or more years experience.
Ideal candidates will have a degree or background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biotechnology. The St. Louis office is also seeking candidates with a degree or background in Mechanical Engineering. Responsibilities include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, drafting of patentability opinions, and preparation of non-infringement/invalidity opinions. Excellent academic qualifications and writing skills are essential.
