Olson & Cepuritis, Ltd. is seeking a mid-level patent attorney for an associate position. The successful candidate will assist in patent application preparation and prosecution, as well as assist in patent litigation responsibilities.
Successful candidates will be expected to possess the following qualifications and abilities:
- Registered to practice with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and admission to a state bar.
- B.A. or B.S. degree in engineering or hard sciences
- A minimum of 3-5 years of intellectual property litigation, patent application preparation, and patent prosecution experience.
- Experience in trademark prosecution is a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with background and ability.
