Cantor Colburn LLP is seeking an attorney or patent agent with a degree in chemical engineering to preferably work in the firm’s Hartford, Connecticut headquarters office.
The responsibilities for this position include drafting and globally prosecuting chemical engineering patent applications, conducting prior art searches, as well as preparing patentability, invalidity, infringement, and freedom to operate analyses.
The successful candidate must have a degree in chemical engineering and registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Patent experience is preferred. Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communications skills are required. The position is in the firm’s Hartford headquarters office in Connecticut.
