Amin Talati & Upadhye, LLC, 
is looking for litigators with at least 5 years of experience for its Chicago, Illinois office to undertake responsibilities in several pharmaceutical patent litigation matters.
Experience required in all aspects of IP litigation including, pleadings practice, motions, briefs, depositions, Markman procedures, final pretrial practice and trial.
The ideal candidate will be a person with pharmaceutical patent litigation experience who pays meticulous attention to detail, who has the ability to produce a high quality work product independently and in a team-oriented practice, and who has strong communication, interpersonal and client service skills.
The attorney must be a member of the Illinois state bar. Registration to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
