Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience with patent law, including patent prosecution, patent drafting, or portfolio management. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required and an advanced degree in either is a plus. Candidate must be registered to practice before the US Patent & Trademark Office and have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
