Our client, a small Boulder-based IP law firm, is hiring a technical writer or patent agent to help draft future patent applications. The firm’s Patent practice centers around the electrical/mechanical/computer arts, so competence in one or more of those disciplines (or a related discipline) is required. Depending on the needs and preferences of qualified candidates, the firm is open to a contract/hourly arrangement or a full-time, direct-hire.

The firm specializes in technology transactions, patent & trade secret protection, trademark and copyright protection, and strategic intellectual property counsel. Education:
- Technical degree required in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer science or related field.
- Advanced technical degree (Masters or Doctorate) in the above disciplines strongly preferred.
