a growing full-service intellectual property law firm, is seeking a technical specialist to join an expanding patent prosecution team. Eligibility and Requirements: Applicants must have a technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or physics. Experience in IPR proceedings and wireless technology is a plus. Applicants must be registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and have between 3 and 6 yrs of patent prosecution experience.
Responsibilities: Patent Application preparation/drafting, responding to office actions and general patent prosecution work, conducting prior art searches, drafting clearance/invalidity opinions, client counseling, and other patent related projects.
