Dorsey & Whitney LLP's Patent group is seeking an Attorney or Agent with one to four years of experience for the Minneapolis office. This candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent projects, including patent prosecution, IP litigation, licensing and other IP transactions, and IP due diligence. The following qualifications are required:
- USPTO admission
- One to four years of patent prosecution experience with a focus on medical device, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or software work
- B.S. or advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering with relevant technical work experience
- Strong academic performance
