Cherskov Flaynik & Gurda, LLC is looking for an Intellectual Property Summer Clerk to provide support to our attorneys and staff. The clerk will assist in analyzing inventions and office actions, and otherwise help attorneys in representing clients. Legal research is also required.
An ideal candidate would be a 1L or 2L law student interested in a career in patent prosecution. Status as a Patent Agent is not required, but a science background which is qualified for the patent bar is preferred.
