Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Patent Agent, preferably with at least three years of experience, for our Minneapolis office. This candidate will primarily be focused on patent prosecution. We are looking for a background in the mechanical arts, preferably with some electrical background, too. The following qualifications are required:
- Patent Office registration, or eligibility to take the Patent Bar exam, preferably also with three years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
- B.S. or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related degree
- Strong academic credentials
