Lee & Hayes, a national intellectual property (IP) law firm, is expanding its IP practice in the Pacific Northwest and is seeking experienced lateral attorneys and mid-level associate IP attorneys for its Vancouver, WA-Portland, OR metro office. LATERAL CANDIDATES must offer high quality lawyering and client services, work well in teams, be an effective mentor, have initiative and preferably an existing client base and business network.
ASSOCIATE CANDIDATES must have at least 3-4 years of substantive patent preparation and prosecution experience, work well in teams, be highly motivated, possess initiative, have strong research and writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates with an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics or a related field or a Ph.D in the biological sciences. USPTO registration is required.
