is seeking a Patent Attorney who will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical, computer and semiconductor arts, as well as occasionally preparing patentability, invalidity, infringement and freedom to operate analyses. The successful candidate must have at least a B.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and excellent communication skills. It is desirable for the candidate to have at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm and to be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
