Bainwood Huang & Associates, LLC, an established Boston Metro-West patent firm, is seeking a new patent attorney or agent to assist with growing portfolio of patent work. We are a dedicated, reliable, and hard-working team of professionals looking to add to our ranks. Our clients are industry leaders in Internet technologies, electronics, software, and mechanical designs. Candidates should be computer savvy, with solid technical backgrounds and excellent writing and analysis skills.
Minimum responsibilities include new application drafting and prosecution for firm clients. Practitioners are welcome to bring their existing clients to the firm, but new clients are not required. A full-time support staff is available to assist practitioners. Local candidates are preferred, but strong remote candidates will be considered, provided they are prepared to work exclusively for the firm and show a commitment to being fully engaged from a distance.
