Duane Morris LLP has an opening for an associate with 2-5 years' experience to join its growing Intellectual Property practice group. Ideal candidate must have an electrical engineering or computer science degree and experience in drafting patent applications in the AI and machine learning space. The ideal candidate will also have experience with providing technical litigation support, such as preparing invalidity contentions and charts and preparing infringement contentions and charts. Candidate will have strong academic credentials, superior writing ability, a quick-study aptitude and the ability to engender client confidence, and thrive in a creative, entrepreneurial and collegial environment.
