- Have an advanced degree (preferably Ph.D.) in a biology or chemistry discipline
- Have 3 years or more of patent prosecution experience

While the role is intended to be full-time, we will consider a part-time hire who is able to commit at least 25 hours a week to the position.
Biospark’s team is mostly virtual and we will entertain resumes from any location in the US and Canada. We would anticipate travel to the East Coast to occur twice a year. Biospark is willing to sponsor a TN1 visa for a Canadian applicant who has an interest in relocating to the US, although remote work from Canada is also an option.
