Lee International IP & Law Group, one of the most prestigious law firms in Seoul Korea, is seeking US patent agent/US patent attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience (law firm/in-house/USPTO) in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the area of batteries, electrochemical and materials science/engineering to work in our office in Seoul, Korea. Excellent writing and oral skills are required. Responsibilities will include communicating effectively with foreign-based clients, editing English translation of Korean patent application, US patent prosecution and US patent application drafting. All candidates must possess either a BS in Engineering or Science degree and admission to practice before the USPTO as a patent agent/attorney. Bilingual (English and Korean/Japanese) skill and previous experience in batteries are a definite plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
