Applicants MUST have at least a BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. MS or higher desirable as is industry experience. Knowledge of wireless communication technology is high desirable. We are looking for the right persons to help us support our wonderful group of institutional clients developing cutting edge technologies. 2+ years of patent prosecution experience preferred. This is NOT a posting for overflow work. We are looking for a full-time colleague. Work can be at our offices in the Fort Lauderdale area, remote or a hybrid depending on experience and desire of the candidate. Compensation package is based on experience and work location. Opportunity to support our litigation team is also available for candidates interested in a mix of patent application preparation and prosecution, and intellectual property litigation.
