Harrity & Harrity, LLP is seeking a superstar patent professional to draft patent applications for leading global technology companies, mostly in software, computer, and electrical technology areas. Our positions are 100% remote, flexible hours, and full-time (1600+ hours).

Who you are:
- You have 3+ years of recent patent preparation experience in software and/or semiconductor technologies (5G EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS)
- You have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields
- You are USPTO registered
- You can get going quickly with minimal training
- You have excellent writing skills
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are comfortable learning proprietary software tools
- You have a great eye for detail

- Former Examiner experience is a plus
