Suiter Swantz IP has an immediate opening for a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent. Qualified candidates will be admitted to the USPTO and possess 2-5 years of patent prosecution experience. Preference will be given to those candidates with a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or physics.
Remote candidates will be considered. In order to qualify for a remote working arrangement, the candidate must possess adequate experience and an ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will live in or be willing to relocate to the Omaha area. Candidates should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and possess excellent communication and writing skills.
