AEON Law is seeking a patent attorney. The ideal candidate understands that legal problems are business problems and is ready to contribute to a practice built on innovation and practical results.
Applicants should have:
- Admission to practice before the USPTO
- A J.D. and state bar membership in good standing
- At least 3 years of patent prosecution experience
- A provable portable book of business of at least $450,000
- Strong client origination and portfolio management skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience handling significant patent portfolios (25+ applications)
- A portable book of business that exceeds 100% of your personal capacity
