Polsinelli PC, a large law firm, is seeking a Patent Agent. These positions are open to any of our firm locations with a strong preference for our Atlanta, Denver, Houston, St. Louis, Kansas City, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices.
Ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution and hold a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
Preferred experience:
- Patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies, including:
- machine learning/artificial intelligence/neural networks; and/or
- radio frequency (RF) circuitry; and/or
- hardware and/or communications security (e.g., encryption/decryption).
Admission to the USPTO is required.
