Professor of Law – Franklin Pierce Law – Concord, N.H.

Franklin Pierce Law Center Franklin Pierce Law Center seeks applicants for a tenure-track position as Professor of Law, starting in the fall 2009. We seek an individual with significant practical experience in intellectual property and business laws, preferably with expertise in those practice areas relating to the business aspects of intellectual property (e.g. asset securitization and strategic management of intellectual property.) The successful candidate may also teach in the basic business law curriculum. Candidates must have a J.D. or equivalent degree and possess a strong commitment to teaching in a diverse and multicultural law school environment. Teaching experience and evidence of research and scholarly achievement are welcome but are not required to apply for this position.  Minority and female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
