Franklin Pierce Law Center seeks applicants for a tenure track position as Professor of Law starting in the fall 2009. We seek an individual with significant experience in the area of patent litigation. Candidates must have a J.D. or equivalent degree and possess a strong commitment to teaching in a diverse and multicultural law school environment. Teaching experience and evidence of research and scholarly achievement are preferred but are not required to apply for this position. Minority and female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
