Candidates should have excellent academic credentials (first tier law school, top 1/3 of class minimum, top 10% strongly preferred) and 1-2 years of experience litigating complex patent and/or other intellectual property litigation. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. A technical background is strongly preferred as is judicial clerkship experience.
