Stoel Rives LLP seeks patent prosecution and patent litigation associate attorneys to join its dynamic Technology and Intellectual Property (TIP) groups in the Portland, Salt Lake City and Seattle offices. The Stoel Rives TIP practice is a multidisciplinary group that includes talented professionals with experience in business, litigation, and technical matters. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, physics, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or similar discipline and USPTO registration is required. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in patent prosecution. Strong academic credentials, client service skills, and writing skills are required.
