seeks a patent litigation attorney. The attorney is expected to actively supervise outside counsel, participate in all aspects of trial preparation, including the development of litigation strategies, the marshalling of evidence and the selection of witnesses and experts. Our patent cases are located throughout the country and some travel is required. The position is in our Dallas office. The applicant must have at least 5 years patent litigation experience, and possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication, computer and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact with all levels of management. A technical background or PTO admission is a plus, but not a requirement.
