Being a member of the Stroock IP group means that you would be working for a diverse range of clients in the electrical, software, medical device and other areas in connection with a wide variety of matters. As a prosecution associate, you will draft and file applications and amendment as well as draft opinions. As an IP litigation associate, you will be an integral member of a team. Depending on the level of experience, the associate will draft briefs, prepare witness outlines, second chair and/or take depositions, meet with experts, participate in trial preparation and attend trial.
